Job Description

1. Daily Supervision of all Drivers/Service Technicians and Warehouse Attendants
2. Ensure all clients on the various routes are serviced at the end of each day and all paperwork is completed and returned to the office
3. Ensure all orders are processed and ready for delivery
4. Ensure timely maintenance of vehicles and ensure that they are fully equipped with everything required for the day’s runs
5. Ensure that the various stock levels in the warehouse are at an adequate supply
6. Ensure that the various warehouse equipment are maintained and serviced on time
7. Ensure that the database at the office is updated and maintained daily
8. Any other duties that may be assigned relating to the smooth and efficient Operations of the company

Qualifications:

1. 5 CXC passes including Maths & English (Grades I & II)
2. Minimum of five (5) years of previous Supervisory Experience
3. Certificate and/or Diploma in Supervisory/Operations Management will be an asset.
4. Previous Sales Experience will be an asset
