Job Summary:

The Engineering Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall guest experience and ensuring the smooth operation of all engineering functions within the resort. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, managerial skills, and a commitment to excellence in hospitality service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience preferable.
• Ability to lead a diverse group of tradesmen
• Knowledge in a various engineering fields (e.g. electrical and plumbing)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, safety awareness information, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Working knowledge of various construction trades
• Ability to write routine reports, keep logs, and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers and fellow workers.
