To facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients. The incumbent is responsible for guiding clients through the necessary paperwork, compliance requirements and account set up ensuring information is accurately recorded and maintained.

Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the necessary paperwork, compliance requirements, and account setup procedures. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure that all client information is accurately recorded and maintained in accordance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of investment products and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client onboarding or a similar role within the investment industry.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM systems or client onboarding software preferred.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
  10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
