-Maintains stock, prepares, stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality.

-Assist bartender with serving.
-Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and costing
-Must be a proactive, adaptable team-player with the ability to effectively communicate with bartenders and wait staff in a respectful manner.
-Ability to up-sell and promote all specials advertised as well as promote slow moving items.
-Proactively assist customer at all times.
