Primary Function:

The audit, control, verifies, analyze, and manages the company's inventory. Oversea all store inventory queries and Merchandise queries.

Shipping hub Coordinator.

Oversea all customer queries including Customer Service queries.

Inventory Management
• Run reports to assist with:
o Inventory redistribution. - Initiative and follow up
o Identifying trends.
o Suggesting adjustments to inventory recommended levels.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and maintained.

Shipping Hub
• Coordinate, audit, and monitor the movement of all merchandise to/from Nassau and Freeport.
• Audit and monitor the movement of all merchandise between Nassau and Freeport stores.
• Coordinate, audit, and monitor the movement of all Customer shipments, overseas repairs, and customer returns.

Administration
• Meet weekly with ARM to discuss Merchandise progress.
• Maintain, update, and action Special Assignment Schedule.
• Constantly review the department's Job Description.
• Maintain all policy memos and correspondence together with the Job Description.
• Extensive use of the Internet as opposed to telephone/fax.
• Coordinate Project Trackers.
• Manage computer database and email organization.

Store Visits/Audit
• Weekly checks:
o Complete Store Visit Checklist

Spreadsheets
• Maintain spreadsheets for required data (e.g. Inventory in/out, Duty payment, etc)
