Job Description:
Work with the Brand Manager to conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience preferences to support marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the Brand Team to develop engaging and creative content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
Assist in managing social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
Provide support to the Brand Team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including organizing events, coordinating promotional activities, and tracking campaign performance.
Work with the Brand Team to analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, POP material and presentations.
Support efforts to engage with customers through various channels, including email marketing, surveys, and feedback collection.
Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance marketing knowledge and skills.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
First Class Honours or Upper Second-Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative when needed.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends.
