? Responsible for managing the till in the shop and making sure that all Processes and Procedures regarding the handling of cash and credit cards are according to the company policies
? Operating the till in the shop with the focus on ensuring the best possible customer service
? Ensure to inform the cashier supervisor immediately if any inconsistency occurs at the till
? Operate the cash register and be consistently accurate in money handling
? Understand the importance of his/her role as the last contact point in the shop and the relevance of his/her behavior "acting as a positive role model" regarding the customer's last impression
? Supporting the Cahier Supervisor with any details and paperwork (receipts) to help solve cash differences and protect the company from any event or incidents
? Maintain a cheerful attitude and cooperate with other team members and help to support them in any case
? Be aware of any unannounced spot checks at any time and make sure all relevant documents are available to be checked and they are correctly archived
? Boost complementary sales with cash line items to increase SPP
