IT Specialist needed. Must have at least 1 year IT Support experience and support Wind 10&11.

POSITION SUMMARY 

Provide systems and end-user support. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for the assigned help desk requests, identifying trends and recommendations to improve efficiency. 

  • Assemble, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, phones, printers, and related equipment. 

  • Perform desktop PC troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common workstation and workstation network problems. 

  • Supporting and interacting with end users, including moves, transfers, new hires, etc. 

  • Inventory and asset management tracking including intake, disposal, commissioning and decommissioning of all hardware and software, including headsets. 

  • End-point software administration (manual installation, automated push and investigation and escalation of incidents).  

  • Work with Humach Head Office and IT Support team for technical escalations. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 

  • CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent with continuous education credits (Required). 

  • Provide business-hours and after-hours support both on-site and remotely (Required).  

  • Minimum 1 year IT Support Experience required (Required). 

  • Minimum 1 year supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems (Required). 

  • Minimum 1 year supporting Microsoft Office 365 (Required). 

  • Minimum 1 year supporting Active Directory (Optional). 

  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field (Optional). 

  • Network hardware and software support experience (Optional). 

  • Minimum 1 year supporting personnel in a call center environment (Optional). 

  • Minimum 1 year supporting CCaaS software such as Talkdesk, Five9, Amazon Connect, etc. (Optional). 

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task. 

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including strong communication and teamwork. 

  • Ability to work flexible days and hours for both on-site and remote activities.
