OVERVIEW:

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named "Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)" operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States ("the Client").

JOB SUMMARY: 

​The IT Security Compliance Analyst will support Technology Engineering & Operations/ITGRC in designing, implementing, and overseeing remediation activities associated with Identity and Access Management controls. They will be responsible for continually tracking, managing, and recording the activities of compliance remediation plan deliverables of both a business and technical nature. This role requires both business and technical knowledge, expert governance, risk, and compliance project management skills, as well as excellent documentation and collaboration skills. The IT Security Compliance Analyst is expected to advise stakeholders on the best practices for governance risk and compliance (GRC) to reduce risk to the firm while maintaining the momentum and progress of remediation activities. They are accountable for coordination, reporting, and monitoring throughout the lifecycle from identification to closure.

​JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

•Coordinate and govern remediation activities across project teams, leadership, and technical resources to eliminate obstacles and meet deadlines with a focus on Identity & Access Management Controls including privileged access reviews at the database layer.
•Design and implement Identity and Access Management controls and standards in alignment with industry best practices.
•Coordinate with application owners and subject matter experts across business and technical teams to meet project objectives.
•Ensure work associated with the Remediation Plan Projects are always documented thoroughly and clearly identifiable in enterprise tools.

​EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

•Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience in IT or Governance, Risk, and Compliance Audit or Project Management 
•Minimum three (3) years of combined experience in IT Audit, IT Project Management, Identity and Access Management, and/or Governance, Risk, and Compliance 
•Outstanding verbal and written business communication and facilitation skills.
•Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously. 
•Capacity to independently prioritize issues, plan and engage resources to resolve in a collaborative manner.
•CISA, CRISC, CIA, PMMI and/or PMP Certification Preferred.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

•Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
•Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
•May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
