IT Analyst (ERP)

Overview: Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer of premium drinks based in Barbados. Due to growth, they are seeking to appoint a proven professional to join the I.T team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with the Management of the Company’s internal Network and the ERP system.
• Assist in the coordination of IS related projects.
• Provide training for staff in the use of various computer tools and software packages, working with key business teams to improve business processes using the available tools.
• Assist in the design, implementation and production of Management Reports using Data Analytics.
• Work with the Central IT Team to ensure that the Company is in compliance with Group Policy.
• Assist Management in the translation of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives, providing the necessary technical support.
• Assist with the development of a yearly IS/IT budget, given the strategic focus and needs of the Company.
• Ensure that management is kept informed of IS/IT developments within the organization.
• Co-ordinate the IS needs of the organization, making recommendations for the improved efficiency of the end users.
• Assist with the management of the telephone and cellular system.
• Maintain inventory records of all Company Hardware, Software and all other IT equipment.
• Interface with the Purchasing Officer and external suppliers, as it relates to hardware and software issues and any other related equipment.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in IT or Data Analytics
• Working IT Knowledge of ERPs including configuration (SAP would be an asset)
• 5 years relevant experience
