Hotel Sales Supervisor

This individual will provide supervision to the team of Sales Executives, and support sales results; assuring and impacting the generation of team achievements.

Sales Supervisor

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned sales team, ensuring performance and sales objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders necessary to support sales performance.
• Plan, organize special sales assignments.
• Execute operational and administrative procedures related to sales and marketing activities.
• Planning and directing daily operations of assigned team.
• Monitor Sales KPIs of the assigned sales team.
• Control expenditure to ensure the efficient use of resources.
• Participate in the selection, training and performance of the sales team.
• Represent the organization at sales and marketing conventions, trade exhibitions and other forums.
• Complete reports on sales performance and trends. 
• Shedule and carry out weekly visits to tour partners.
• Perform any other related duties as directed by the Sales Manager or Senior Management.
