Salary: TT$10,000.00 per month

Qualifications and Experience:

• First Degree in Accounting/Level 3 ACCA or higher
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Intermediate - Advanced Computer Literacy
• Strong data organizer
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Proficient in Quick books or other relevant accounting software systems
• Proficiency in Sertica/OMEGA software systems will be an asset

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure no additional expenses, penalties, or losses due to finance & accounting deficiencies
• Support GM to prevent incidents/accidents caused by financial data inaccuracies or non-compliance
• Assist in achieving satisfactory audit results
• Act as point of contact for financial queries/disputes for Suppliers, Clients, Staff
• Provide excellent service, resolving requests/queries for Crew/Staff/Clients
• Ensure smooth finance & accounts function operation
• Prepare annual budget, monitor revenue & expenditure, and prepare financial reports
• Manage cash flow efficiently, control payables & receivables, process invoices
• Maintain accurate financial records, input transactions accurately, and ensure data confidentiality
• Liaise to ensure compliance with financial policies, conduct financial audits, and support GM in initiatives
• Adhere to health & safety rules, report unsafe work conditions, and participate in HSE training
