 Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9-5; however, given the nature of the job flexibility is required as working hours can be irregular, and being on-call evenings, weekends and holidays is often required.

You will be a point of contact for our clients, responsible for understanding their goals, developing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

● Understand clients' business objectives and develop tailored digital marketing strategies to achieve them.

● Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and other team members, to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

● Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients.

● Prepare and deliver monthly reports on campaign progress.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

● Ensure all client needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

● At least 3 years of experience as a digital account manager, or a similar role.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing and SEO.

● Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

● Highly organised and detail-oriented.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software.

● Google Ads or other relevant certifications are a plus.
