Job Description:

As a Delivery Driver at Munch Kings Ice Cream, your role is crucial to ensuring that our delicious ice cream products reach our customers on time and in the best condition. You will be responsible for various tasks to facilitate smooth and efficient delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Management:

   - Report to work in a timely manner every morning to stock and load the truck.

   - Maintain accurate records of inventory levels on the truck

2. Delivery Operations:

   - Deliver ice cream orders to various customers, including  hotels, restaurants, and our retail outlets.

   - Visit groceries and mini marts daily to assess freezer stock, merchandise and make sales where needed

3. Vehicle Maintenance:

   - Ensure that the delivery vehicle is in working and operational condition at all times.

   - Conduct regular checks on tire pressure, oil levels, engine condition, and battery health to prevent unnecessary downtime.

   - Report any issues or maintenance requirements to the appropriate personnel promptly.

4. Financial Accountability:

   - Account for any monies received, whether in cash or by cheque, and ensure they are balanced against relevant invoices.

   - Handle all financial transactions accurately and responsibly.

Qualifications:

- Valid Trinidad and Tobago Driver's License - Class 4 or 5

- Previous experience in delivery or a similar role is a plus.

- Excellent knowledge of Trinidad and Tobago roadways.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to lift and move heavy loads.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Good communication and customer service skills.
