Ideal Candidate:

A dependable, ambitious, and positive person who is a natural at answering questions with clarity and providing detailed information to customers. Can assist Customers with Technical issues (example website browser, Google, laptop and desktop browsing). You love talking to people, while providing exceptional customer service and retention support. We are looking for determined, enthusiastic agents, who strive for success in customer service environments, while enhancing our customer's experience!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with technical and general questions.
  • Can type corresponding emails to customers at least 25 words per minute.
  • Can answer Technical Support questions corresponding to Computer and website issues.
  • Provide customers with information about additional services to improve their overall experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide timely resolutions.
  • Evaluate customer concerns by listening, gathering information, and analyzing the situation.
  • Resolve customer problems by referring to program information, knowledge, and experience.
  • Assess when customer concerns require escalation and provide transfers to the appropriate parties.
  • Ability to handle and navigate different forms of customer contact including chat, email, and voice.
  • Maintain extensive and continuing knowledge of information related to client needs.
  • Achieve all program productivity and quality goals.
  • Arrive at work on time and adhere to attendance expectations.

 Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language OR HEART Level-II Certificate in Customer Service.
  • City and Guilds Mathematics and English accepted.
  • At least 6 months Sales/Customer Service experience
  • At least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to speak confidently and persuasively with customers.
  • Proven written communication skills including accurate spelling, proper grammar, and ability to express complex situations in writing.
  • Moderate computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Knowledge of internet and e-mail.
  • Can type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Microsoft Outlook knowledge preferred.
  • Technical Support skills required
