Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be the face of our company, providing assistance and support to arriving guests to ensure a seamless transition from the Prince George Dock terminal to their ground transportation. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role greeting travelers and providing information to assist in resolving issues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Represent LTT in a pleasant and professional manner at all times, acting as an Ambassador to ensure that the LTT brand is properly represented at the dock/pier.
  • Welcome and greet LTT cruise ship passengers with appropriate signage, providing assistance and accompanying them to tour buses.
  • Liaise with the ship's shore excursion personnel to obtain current tour counts and promptly relay this information to Control.
  • Efficiently dispatch various tours to tour buses, ensuring timely departure.
  • Verify excursion tickets with ship shore excursion personnel for reconciliation purposes.
  • Ensure all cruise ship passengers are present and accounted for before commencing tours.
  • Inform drivers of their assigned tours and promptly inform Control of the same.
  • Notify Control of the departure of the last bus for each tour from the pier.
  • Organize the dispatch of buses for return shuttles from Atlantis and BahaMar.
  • Notify Control of the last bus departure from each of these locations for each tour, and send "The Last Bus Email" to the ships accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and transactions as required.
  • Promptly communicate any concerns or challenges encountered while assisting cruise ship passengers to the Control Room.
  • Accompany cruise ship passengers on tours as directed by Management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in previous roles.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Commitment to adhering to internal policies, guidelines, and conduct standards.
  • Proficiency in communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on customer service and active listening.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
