Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be the face of our company, providing assistance and support to arriving guests to ensure a seamless transition from the airport terminal to their ground transportation. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role greeting travelers and providing information to assist in resolving issues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Display the Leisure Tours Sign and any other signage as directed by the airport supervisor.
  • Welcome and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Direct guests to the designated bus dispatch area.
  • Provide timely updates to the bus dispatch area regarding any changes in flight information.
  • Regularly monitoring the Atlantis and Sandals airport desks and informing airport dispatch of their status.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned and relevant to the role

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 years of related customer service experience
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Ability to comply with internal policies, guidelines and conduct standards
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal forms
  • A professional demeanor is to be maintained at all times
  • Must have strong organizational skills, customer service and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
