OFFSHORE LAW SPECIALISTS

Credit Controller/Senior Credit Controller

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, the successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of credit management, collections and administration are performed in accordance with the groups policies and procedures. For both roles candidates should hold Caymanian status or suitable RERC Certificate.

Credit Controller
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Daily processing of automated reminders for unpaid client invoices
• Monitoring office bank accounts for receipts, reconcile details and input transactions
• Assist with invoicing, various billing portals, transactions and related queries
• Database administration to ensure accurate data is maintained and updated as required.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' relevant experience in accounts receivable administration gained within a finance or legal office environment.

Senior Credit Controller

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the Credit Control of all assigned outstanding balances
• Report, review and monitor aged balances
• Proactively work with the credit control manager and head of financial operations to develop strategies and implement change
• Assume responsibility for resolving escalated debtor queries and working with external third-party collection agencies.

The ideal candidate should have at least five years' relevant experience in credit management and collections gained within a finance or legal office environment. Knowledge of 3B Collections or similar systems experience is desirable.
