JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to lead our team of professionals in various job functions, including customer service, project management, data analysis, and administrative support. As the Client Solutions & Sales Lead, you will drive sales, manage work products and deliverables, and efficiently allocate resources to ensure optimal performance. This position requires a combination of highly developed solutions sales management, business development e and leadership skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

  • Develop and implement strategies to sell the different services offered by our team to prospective clients within the KPMG network.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the work product and deliverables of each team member, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
  • Implement efficient processes and workflows to streamline work product management and ensure timely delivery.
  • Proven track record of selling services and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their specific needs.
  • Experience in managing project lifecycles and ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
  • Ability to forecast resource needs and develop strategies to optimize utilization to meet peaks and troughs in demand efficiently. Experience in end-to-end P&L & Budget Management, billing reconciliation, customer statement reviews and adjustments in a service environment.
  • Significant experience in drafting and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial contracts and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that clearly define client requirements and service delivery measurements.
  • Understanding of relevant legal and compliance issues related to service delivery models.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding resourcing challenges. 
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues to the Dynamic Solutions Associate Director and recommend corrective action in a timely manner.  
  • Cultivate productive relationships with stakeholder groups. 
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand any changes to resource needs, processes, and procedures and implement affected changes. 
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, including Customer Service Representatives, Project Managers, Data Analysts, and Administrative Support staff.
  • Assign and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient allocation of work and resources.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  • Ensure work is allocated by level according to skillset, complexity, and capacity.
  • Collaborate with other (cross-functional) departments within JESS to share best practices related to service delivery, team leadership, and reporting. 
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for the team as required. 
  • Identify and provide feedback regarding training opportunities for the team.  

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and team management.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
