PURPOSE OF JOB

 The Business Growth Team Leader is responsible for supporting the International Business Growth, Digital, and Brand Experience Manager in developing and implementing data-driven marketing and sales strategies to meet organizational objectives for The company and its subsidiary company in the modern age of social media and consumer behavior, across international markets. The Business Growth Team Leader plays a critical role in driving the company's expansion and ensuring a strong and consistent brand image across all assigned markets. 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the utilization of data science and industry-specific knowledge to analyze customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to inform marketing and sales strategies for fintech solutions, renewable energy products and services, automated vending, retail, and software solutions as a service in international markets.
  • Support in developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute and optimize performance using data and analytics.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies for international business growth. He/she would be responsible for analyzing new markets and opportunities for the company to expand its business globally, including initiating and supporting the conducting of market research, developing business plans, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support building and managing a strong brand image of the company in regional, and international markets. This would involve supporting the development and implementation of branding strategies including the company's online and offline presence and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Facilitate the development of partnerships and collaborations including identifying and developing partnerships and collaborations with other businesses and organizations to support the company's international growth and brand image.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics related to business growth and brand experience, such as sales figures, market share, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness. This would involve using data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in a global setting.
  • Proficient in the use of various digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Proven track record of achieving international sales targets, driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and creating positive brand experiences.
  • Experience in international business development and leading international projects.
  • Proven experience in customer and market research, utilizing data and analytics to inform strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of data science, big data analytics, and industry-specific knowledge in fintech solutions, renewable energy products and services, automatic vending, retail, and software solutions as a service.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge in fintech, renewable energy, automatic vending, retail, and software solutions as a service.
