PURPOSE OF JOB

 The Business Growth Partner plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company by promoting and selling its diverse range of products and services. This individual will be at the forefront of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through key accounts in the Local market. They will also support marketing and brand experience initiatives to enhance UNIPET's market presence.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets of $600,000 and above.
  • Contribute significantly to driving revenue growth by effectively selling the company’s suite of offerings, including: Fleet Card Solution
  • Auto Care Products
  • Commercial Fuel to Service Stations and Non-Service Station businesses
  • Renewable Energy products and services
  • Identify, research, and engage with potential customers to expand the company’s clientele.
  • Develop and achieve the sales plans, promotion strategies, and tactical plans for the company suite of businesses by implementing the strategy, managing total trade spend by category, and achieving agreed shelf, distribution, and promotional targets.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Submit bi-monthly progress reports showcasing sales achievements against established sales targets.
  • Track, record, and ensure that all sales activities align with strategies to meet or surpass revenue targets.
  • Effectively manage internal and external relationships, meeting the agreed level of customer contact with all involved stakeholders.
  • Provide post-sales service support to customers, fostering loyalty and retention.
  • Assess and document levels of customer satisfaction, constantly striving for improvement, and addressing areas of concern.
  • Be accountable for the strategic account plan, based on internal objectives, marketing, business development, and shopper marketing plans, as well as external competitive marketplace issues and opportunities. • Drive pre- and post-promotion evaluation to increase ROI/ROS.
  • Collaborate internally with relevant business units to curate quotations and package offers tailored to the needs and preferences of potential clients.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field,
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and creating positive brand experiences.
  • Resilient, driven, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficient in the use of various digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices through workshops, seminars, and online courses.
  • Proficient in CRM (HubSpot), Microsoft Office suite, and data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Proven experience in customer and market research, utilizing data and analytics to inform strategies.
  • Strong knowledge in FMCG, fintech solutions, renewable energy products and services, automatic vending, retail, and software solutions as a service will be an asset.
