We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Branch Supervisor and Assistant Branch Supervisor. These roles are pivotal in driving the success of our branch and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary: Both the Branch Supervisor and Assistant Branch Supervisor are responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales and profit goals. They oversee operational and merchandising activities, maintain high standards, and align with the company's core values and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Focus:

• Ensure the sales team consistently meets and exceeds J&K Customer Experience Standards.
• Supervise customer service-related issues, report and follow up on outstanding matters, and implement approved service improvements.

Sales Excellence:

• Meet and exceed branch and individual sales targets.
• Provide ongoing training to the sales team on customer service, merchandising, and product knowledge.
• Ensure all customer touch points meet expectations and conform to company standards.

Merchandise Excellence:

• Maintain merchandising standards.
• Manage merchandise levels, monitor sales trends, and report on slow-moving items.
• Oversee visual displays and recommend competitive initiatives.

Operational Excellence:

• Supervise the sales floor, ensuring operational standards and safety procedures are maintained.
• Open and close the branch, supervise cash handling, and provide relief supervision at other branches as needed.
• Manage stock intake, replenishment, and pricing according to company standards.

Supervisory Excellence:

• Motivate and provide performance feedback to the branch team.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, and provide required reports.
• Develop and maintain a team-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Five GCE/CXC O’Level subjects, including Mathematics and English.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position (Branch Supervisor) or 1 year of experience (Assistant Branch Supervisor).
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Quick learner and adaptable.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated sales accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• Branch Supervisor: TT $6,500.00
• Assistant Branch Supervisor: TT $5,500.00
