Auto Detailer

Auto Detailer is responsible for preparing vehicles for customer delivery by performing thorough cleaning, detailing, and inspection to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and interior detailing of all new vehicles and ensure that quality is maintained.
• Offer relief for degreasing of vehicles to help in the sales process. 
• Offer relief on Washstand as needed.
• Monitor the timely cleaning of all vehicles for delivery.
• Ensure that all supplies for the new vehicles ensure that quality is maintained.
• Driving and clearing of vehicles in and out of the bond store as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures while using equipment and handling chemicals.
• Liaise with the After Sales Department and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the PDI Department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Completion of secondary school education, including Mathematics and English
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in automotive detailing or a similar role (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Experience operating detailing equipment such as pressure washers, vacuums, and buffers
• Knowledge of safety practices related to cleaning agents and equipment use
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
