Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Food & Beverage to join our hotel team in Tobago. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring efficient management of all F&B departments.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management-level role within the hotel industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to manage teams, budgets, and service quality
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee food and beverage operations across all hotel outlets
Lead and supervise department managers and staff
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery
Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control
Implement operational procedures and quality standards
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
