Core Functions: 
•	Lead the development and implementation of investment strategies and policy statements for all managed portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory standards.
•	Monitor global markets, macroeconomic conditions, and geopolitical trends to inform investment decisions and manage portfolios.
•	Liaise with Trustees, client governing bodies, and senior executives to present performance results and provide recommendations.
•	Drive growth in funds under management and management fee income by identifying new investment opportunities and expanding client relationships.
•	Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to the Fund Management Team, fostering technical excellence and a high-performance culture.
•	Develop and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations including insurance, pensions and collective investment scheme regulations and industry best practices. 
•	Build and manage relationships with external investment managers, service providers, and industry stakeholders to enhance market insights and investment capabilities.



Qualifications & Experience: 
•	Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
•	CFA and or CAIA designations are preferred.
•	Minimum of ten (10) years’ work experience in investment management, securities trading and/ or related fields.
•	At least five (5) years’ leadership experience
