Financial Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll records.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and corporate policies.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

• Monitor budget performance and report variances.

• Provide insights to management for financial planning and decision-making.

Audit & Compliance

• Prepare supporting documents for internal and external audits.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial transactions.

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Accounts & Expense Management

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

• Manage mall-related expenses, petty cash, and financial records.

Financial Analysis & Recommendations

• Analyze financial performance of different mall operations (cinemas, retail tenants, events).

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.

• Provide ad-hoc financial reports and recommendations to management.

• Assists the Financial Controller in any duties that may be assigned from time to time.
