Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to administrative support staff and operations personnel, building a high-performing team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and skills development initiatives for new team members
- Conduct regular performance conversations and create opportunities for professional growth
- Establish and refine standard operating procedures for administrative functions and document management
- Review and approve critical documentation, reports, and communications before distribution
- Monitor schedules and proactively identify risks, resource constraints, or potential delays
- Ensure optimal logistics planning and resource allocation across work sites
- Coordinate cross-functional activities including client meetings, logistics, and stakeholder engagement
- Partner with senior leadership to align support functions with organizational objectives
- Support business development efforts and contribute to proposal preparation activities
- Foster transparent communication and collaboration across departments and teams
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years in administrative or operations coordination roles, including 2+ years leading a team
- Project Management certification is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational capabilities
- Strong leadership presence with emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
