Senior Sous Chef
We are seeking a Senior Chef to oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, recipe development, inventory, food quality, and team supervision. A key focus is creating wellness-focused cuisine that supports our resort’s holistic health vision. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on staff management, and a passion for nutritious, balanced, and flavorful dishes. This role also involves menu innovation, cost control, and culinary program development. Prior hospitality experience and knowledge of global and wellness cuisine are highly encouraged.
Required Qualifications
•Degree from a recognized Culinary Institute
•5+ years experience as an Exec Chef at a 4-star all-inclusive resort
•Savvy in wellness related menu planning & creation of nutritious menu
•Working knowledge of efficient food cost management
•Excellent knowledge of gluten free & vegan food preparation
•Caribbean working experience, preferred
