Supreme Ventures Gaming Limited, a subsidiary of Supreme Ventures Limited, is seeking to identify an AVP Retail Operations.
The AVP Retail Operations will provide day to day operational management for the Supreme Ventures Gaming portfolio of products and services for the 3rd party retail base and any other Supreme Ventures Group product assigned, manage the E2E onboarding and termination of 3rd party retail base, while performing the duties below:
- Manage customer relationships with 3rd party retailers
- Identify internal growth opportunities within channel for product lines.
- Identify retail base expansion opportunities
- Assure efficient operating procedures, equipment and compliance within retail base.
- Manage the onboarding process of all new business within the 3rd party retail channel.
- Conduct due diligence procedures on all new business opportunities and existing 3rd party retailers when required.
- Support new product development within the retail network
- Manage end to end application process of potential new retailers
- Ensure equipment is certified and operational.
- Monitor retail growth, evictions, de-activations, relocations
- Ensure on site brandingis current, compliant and meets set standards
- Ensure that all retail channel location and revenue targets are achieved
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration/Management/ Marketing or equivalent
Three years’ experience in retail, marketing or sales
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong critical and creative thinking skills
Ability to work independently or as a member of a cross functional team.
High level of confidentiality
Proficiency with MS Office
