Responsible for creating partnership with key accounts, to establish technical relationships to develop Solutions to suit their needs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define wireless strategy based on the co-ordination with local teams (e.g. Solution Marketing, Technical Sales, and key accounting team)
Conduct market analysis, identify market space, competitiveness, major market trend, customer business strategy, etc.
Communicate effectively with customers to identify their requirements.
Communicate effectively to key internal functional areas including marketing department, to define the roadmap of new solution/ products and features.
Communicate and maintain the roadmap competitiveness and solution innovation.
Job Responsibilities are not exclusive and you may be required to carry out other job related activities as assigned.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in telecommunication product management involving HSPA/LTE/WiFi /RF/AAS product planning.
Commitment, sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn new concepts and theories.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage.
Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills, self-motivated and ambitious.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and to multi-task.
Requirement understanding and solution design capability:
Deeply understand customers' business and requirements:
Take charge of cross-product solution design, and make sure the solution is competitive technically and commercially;
Assess project delivery and commercial risks and propose mitigation measures.
Capability to communicate with and influence customers:
Establish good and stable relationships and communication channels with customers;
Take on tasks including technical alignment, communication, clarification, and negotiation with customers. Gain great trust from customers, and be one that customers consult with;
Implement market entry by key customer engagement, technical presentation, reference site visit, test and trial.
Marketing project operations capability:
Explore lead information from multiple channels and have successfully transformed leads to opportunities;
Act as a sales project solution owner and successfully operate projects;
Market planning capability:
Take charge of the formulation of comprehensive and accurate market plans for a product domain, which effectively guide solution selling activities.
Enhance brand by promotion events, such as reference site, workshop, exhibition, road show, etc.
