Our team is seeking a professional, articulate, and highly motivated Voice-Capable Sales Agent to join our remote team.

In this role, you will engage with banking and financial professionals across the United States on behalf of a leading executive search firm specializing in private banking, wealth management, asset management, and financial services. 

You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective candidates, introducing career opportunities, building rapport, and qualifying interest through outbound calls. The ideal candidate must be confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with senior professionals and executives, and able to represent with credibility, discretion, and professionalism. 

This role is ideal for someone with experience in outbound calling, lead generation, sales support, or customer engagement who can build and maintain professional relationships and create positive experiences. 

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls to banking and financial professionals across the United States.

  • Follow established scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging communication style.

  • Qualify candidate interest and gather relevant information.

  • Schedule follow-up conversations for interested candidates.

  • Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and candidate information in Airtable tool.

  • Track key outreach metrics, including calls made, answered calls, interested candidates, rejections, and invalid contact information.

  • Maintain a professional and positive representation of the client at all times.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide updates on activities and feedback.

 

 

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent spoken English with highly professional communication skills.

  • Min. 2-3 years of client-facing experience.

  • Experience in outbound calling, sales support, and lead generation.

  • Exposure within the US-based banking or finance industry is strongly preferred.

  • Strong verbal communication and rapport-building abilities.

  • Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and executives.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong business vocabulary.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Basic understanding of banking and financial terminology.

  • Ability to confidently discuss financial-sector topics professionally.

  • Reliable work-from-home setup.

  • Strong and stable internet connection.
