In this role, you’ll drive business growth by managing Cash & Carry partners and distributors, identifying new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring flawless retail execution to maximize visibility, availability, and category performance.
You’ll be on the front line of achieving key business objectives through efficient management of Cash & Carry contractors and distributors. You’ll identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships, and ensure flawless execution of retail strategies that deliver visibility, availability, and category growth.
Drive sales growth and deliver business targets (volume, revenue, distribution).
Work closely with distributors to track sell-out performance and expand customer reach.
Manage end-to-end depot operations to ensure seamless supply and in-market execution.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and shopper behaviors to uncover opportunities.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution of trade activities.
Oversee distributor and Cash & Carry operations, including logistics, inventory, and sales force effectiveness.
Support field sales audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for process improvement.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Trade Marketing team to develop and implement Joint Business Plans.
Provide timely sales, stock, and distribution reports to track performance and progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably within trade or distribution management.
Strong understanding of sales execution, customer development, and route-to-market strategies.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and drive results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
