Ocean Coral Spring & Eden Bay, part of the renowned Ocean by H10 Hotels brand, is seeking a dedicated Senior Public Area Supervisor to join our team.

 Job Description | Duties

As the Senior Public Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of all public spaces within the hotel. Your leadership and attention to detail will ensure a flawless environment for our guests and a productive atmosphere for your team. Your responsibilities will include:

 
Supervision and Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate the public area team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

• Conduct regular inspections of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, pools, and outdoor spaces, to ensure they meet H10 Hotels' quality standards.

• Create and manage work schedules, assign duties, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

• Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations for team members.

Operational Excellence

• Develop and implement cleaning protocols and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.

• Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with the engineering department to resolve them.

• Ensure all team members follow safety procedures and use chemicals and equipment correctly.

Guest and Staff Relations

• Address any guest concerns or special requests regarding public areas with professionalism and a proactive attitude.

• Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with other departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Ensure the public area team is always presentable and ready to assist guests with a friendly demeanor.
