Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and visibility of the company’s products and services. The successful candidate will assist with sales generation, client relationship management, marketing campaigns, social media coordination, showroom support, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information, quotations, and sales support.

• Promote company products including vinyl flooring, artificial turf, carpets, Laticrete products, and pool plaster products.

• Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate showroom visits, product demonstrations, and customer consultations.

• Manage and update the company’s social media pages and online presence.

• Assist with creating flyers, promotions, product advertisements, and marketing content.

• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and product launches.

• Prepare quotations, reports, and sales documentation.

• Maintain customer databases and marketing records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, social media platforms, and Canva or graphic design tools.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
