BRIJ International Distributors Limited, located in Kingston, Jamaica, seeks the service of a qualified and competent individual for the position of:  

Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Direct supervision, coaching and training of the sales team
• Building and maintaining customer relations
• Developing and maintaining key accounts
• Formulating strategies to ensure monthly sales targets are met
• Assisting with the coordinating of marketing programmes

     Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• A minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory position particularly in FMCG sales
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a strong sense of integrity and ethics 
• Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
• Ability to travel island wide as the need arise
