Job Description

Position Title:  Officer - Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

Reporting to: Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer

This Position is responsible for coordinating and implementing Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functions throughout the company. Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Officer is also accountable for carrying out the objectives of the Company and report to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

 QUALIFICATIONS

  1. At least 2 years’ experience in the above-mentioned or a similar role
  2. Minimum of 3 CXC O’ Level passes, including Mathematics and English
  3. Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Valid Drivers permit and a personal vehicle
  2. Computer proficient, specifically in Excel and Word
  3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  4. Knowledge on Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
  5. Knowledge of Audio-Visual Equipment and IT Equipment will be an asset

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop a detailed understanding of our products and services under each subsidiary and update job knowledge with a consultative sales approach
  2. Produce strategic action plans, budgets and proper reports to exemplify all that has been achieved
  3. Analyze trends in the market, establish pricing strategies, monitor costs, evaluate competition and assess market supply and demand
  4. Identify marketing opportunities and achieve marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising and promotional programs
  5. Achieve sales targets and project sales and profits volume for existing/new products and services
  6. Coordinate new product development and improve product marketability through research
  7. Conduct scheduled ‘on the road’ appointments, webinars, seminars and email campaigns with potential clients for the purpose of marketing products, services and the business itself
  8. Work with the technical team to conduct demos and presentations involving products and services
  9. Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; determine system improvements and implement change
  10. Assist with any other tasks assigned or required by the CEO or management
