Rubis Caribbean’s head office is located in Barbados and the Managing Director is Mauricio Nicholls. Over 200 persons are employed across the English speaking Caribbean. Our various departments include Shipping, Supply and Trading, Aviation, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Information Technology. Our highly qualified teams are strongly motivated by Rubis’ entrepreneurial approach in which the employees are encouraged to think local and constantly seek opportunities to grow the business.

RUBIS Aviation is a leading supplier of premium aviation fuels in the Caribbean, supplying high quality jet fuel and aviation gasoline to 20 airports across the Caribbean. The Rubis Shipping, Supply and Trading function is based in Barbados and supports the core business by trading refined fuels. Our products are shipped to various destinations across the Caribbean and we pride ourselves in being a safe and reliable fuel supplier for many countries in the region.

Credit Analyst

The Credit Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the management of the company’s receivables by supporting the credit/collection processes and policies to ensure delinquency is kept at minimum.

Operations Manager

To manage all operational aspects of the company (such as Volumes procured and supplied including fuels & lubricants; Depot, Road Transport, Capex & Opex, Facilities, Joint Ventures supported, Contract Ownership, Staff).

Finance Analyst

Support senior management and other internal stakeholders in making critical business decisions by analyzing and presenting key financial data and to spearhead the preparation of consolidated Management Accounting reports and annual budgets.

Chief Accountant

Responsible for providing leadership and direction, as well as process efficiency within the Company’s Financial Accounting team and to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to meet statutory, performance management and decision support requirements of the organization.

TAS Operator

Provide support to the Fuel Operations Supervisor by furnishing general supervision of loading of Road Tanker Wagons with main fuels for the distribution to customers.
