RETAIL MANAGER

The successful candidate of Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store. This leadership role is multifaceted, encompassing all aspects of sales and meeting sales and profitability targets,  including customer service, staff management, inventory control, sound merchandising techniques, and financial oversight. The Retail Manager acts as both a motivator and a problem-solver, balancing the needs of customers with the objectives of the business and will be working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of education, experience, and personal qualities and meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 3 years’ experience in a similar managerial position within the retail sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

• Motivational and coaching skills
• Computer literate with proven skills in MS office suite
