Join Our Team as a Procurement Contract Administrator, Team Lead (JESS)
Location: Kingston, Jamaica
KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS), a dynamic delivery center supporting KPMG U.S., is expanding its Strategic Sourcing & Procurement operations. We’re looking for a Procurement Contract Administrator – Team Lead to join our Strategic Finance workgroup and help drive excellence in contract execution.
About the Role
As the Team Lead, you’ll supervise the Contract Administration Team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of contractual documents in our contract management systems. You’ll be a key player in the strategic sourcing leadership team, liaising with Category Management and providing real-time support to optimize procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contract uploads and execution via DocuSign and Coupa.
- Monitor ServiceNow for completed contracts and assign tasks to junior team members.
- Provide hands-on support to internal teams navigating the contract execution process.
- Become a subject matter expert in Front Door, ServiceNow, and Coupa.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop KPIs and deliver weekly performance reports.
- Train and coach junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or equivalent professional accreditation.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or similar.
- At least 2 years of direct supervisory experience with proven leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).

Special Conditions:
- KJESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs.

- Must have the ability to evolve with a new team and be able to navigate process and system changes as necessary.
- Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to perform activities and communicate
