Position: Senior Officer, Procurement Contract Administration
Location: Kingston, Jamaica


Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for procurement operations and contract management? KPMG Jamaica’s delivery center, JESS, is expanding its support for Strategic Sourcing Procurement (SSP) operations and is looking for a Senior Officer, Procurement Contract Administration to join our dynamic team.


About the Role:
As a Senior Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate contract execution through systems like DocuSign and Coupa. You’ll support the Category Management team, guide junior team members, and help optimize procurement processes within our newly implemented intake system, Front Door.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor ServiceNow and Coupa for contract updates and ensure real-time uploads.
  • Oversee the DocuSign execution process and ensure seamless integration into Coupa.
  • Provide hands-on support to stakeholders during contract execution.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Front Door, ServiceNow, and Coupa.
  • Identify and resolve process gaps to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead training and coaching for junior team members.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Procurement or Purchasing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).

Special Conditions:

 

  • KJESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs.
  • Expected to work in a fast-paced and results driven environment
  • Ability to reprioritize work daily, focusing on the most crucial tasks at hand
  • Must have the ability to evolve with a new team and be able to navigate process and system changes as necessary.
  • Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to perform activities and communicate.
