Data entry and verification of employee clocking reports for payroll purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures all employees are paid promtly.
  • Ensures compliance with local regulations and governmental agencies.
  • Prepare relevant documentation for increase, transfers and changes of shifts.
  • Control, monitor and update accpunts of payroll in the AS400 system.
  • Create and maintain current information od staff regarding to wages, performances, vacations, health benefits etc.
  • Research, review, register and distribute all corrective queries
  • Support Human Resources in all Incentive and Recognition Programs
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of university-based studies in Auditing, Business Administration or similar areas. Degree preferred.
  • Exceptional math skills
