Are you a dynamic healthcare administrator ready to lead a growing clinic into its next phase of excellence?

Premier Heart Care Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Office Manager to lead our non-clinical operations. This critical leadership role supports the CEO by overseeing front and back-office teams, enhancing patient experience, managing financial processes, and ensuring operational excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency.
  • Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and administrative compliance.
  • Supervise administrative and accounting staff.
  • Support budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
  • Drive internal systems improvements and team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Health Services Management or related field (Bachelor’s with extensive experience may be considered)
  • Minimum 5 years in healthcare administration or office management
  • Proven skills in financial oversight, EHR systems, staff leadership, and process optimization
