The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and management of engineering and maintenance functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute strategic plans for Engineering and Maintenance in line with company objectives.
Participate in key Maintenance planning meetings and support cross-functional collaboration.
Oversee budgets and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and goal achievement.
Promote a culture of Total Productive Maintenance with training programs for staff.
Implement and maintain work order systems and CMMS
Optimize Preventative Maintenance programs to reduce downtime, defects, and costs.
Apply reliability engineering principles to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Manage engineering projects from planning to completion within budget and timelines.
Provide technical guidance, support, and innovative solutions to production and maintenance teams.
Track and report KPIs, including OPE, OEE, and Preventative Maintenance Compliance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Ensure all activities meet safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Identify potential risks in maintenance and engineering activities and implement mitigation strategies.
Develop contingency plans with Executive Management for critical operations.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties as required.
