Loss Prevention Supervisor

The role involves supervising loss prevention personnel, conducting investigations, monitoring security systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, identifying risks, and implementing measures to protect client assets, employees, and customers.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Loss Prevention Officers.
• Prepare and manage staff duty rosters to ensure adequate coverage and operational requirements are met.
• Review, verify, and submit employee timesheets for payroll processing.
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Prepare incident, investigation, and loss prevention reports.
• Carry out regular inspections of facilities, assets, and operational processes.
• Identify risks and vulnerabilities that may result in financial or operational losses.
• Recommend and implement measures to reduce losses and improve asset protection.
• Conduct inventory, stock, and asset audits to identify discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, accidents, and complaints.
• Train and mentor Loss Prevention Officers on company policies and procedures.
• Monitor adherence to access control, asset protection, and key management procedures.
• Analyse loss trends and provide recommendations to management.
• Liaise with clients, management, and external agencies regarding investigations and security concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all loss prevention activities.
