Line Chef, Prep Chef, Stewards, Housekeeper, Bartender

Current Vacancies:

• Line & Prep Chefs – Experienced in Jamaican and international cuisine, able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Housekeepers – Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across dining and back-of-house areas.

• Bartenders – Friendly and professional individuals experienced in mixology, and bar operations.

• Stewards – Support kitchen operations by cleaning and organizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality is preferred but not required for all roles

• Good work ethic, Strong teamwork, communication, professionalism, sales and customer service skills

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
