About Us
KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) partners with KPMG U.S. to deliver exceptional back-office support. Our Client Contracting Value Center (CCVC) team is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic Team Lead to join us in driving operational excellence and innovation.

The Role

As a CCVC Team Lead, you will supervise a team of professionals supporting contract lifecycle management processes. You’ll ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, innovate, and make an impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee contract language analysis and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Review team deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Assign tasks, prepare performance reports, and manage administrative processes.
• Train and upskill team members; lead best practice sessions for process improvement.
• Drive innovation by integrating AI tools and providing feedback on platform enhancements.
• Act as the first point of escalation to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and attend client meetings as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in a professional services/business environment.
• 2+ years managing direct reports.
• 2+ years in contract management, legal operations, or AI-enabled process optimization.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of contract analytics and compliance.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt optimization (preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

​Special Conditions

• Expected to work in a fast pace team environment.
• Hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home in Jamaica and being in the office. You will be required to spend a minimum of five days each month in the office, though this number may increase depending on business needs. 
• Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
• May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
