What You’ll Do:
- Moderate and support virtual learning sessions
- Coordinate with presenters and troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage session materials and assist with administrative tasks
- Support small to medium learning projects
What You’ll Bring:
- Associate’s degree or 13th Grade
- 6+ months in a professional environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with web-based technologies and MS Office
- A collaborative spirit and a sharp eye for detail
Special Conditions:
- Fast-paced team environment.
- Primarily paperless work environment.
- May require extended hours or work on public holidays.
