Job description and Role Requirements
It is the newest electronic financial transaction (EFT) solution designed to address the demands for transacting and capturing payments from emerging markets in a secure and cost-efficient manner. Our safe and secure approach to commerce allows cardholders to replace the risk of carrying cash and transact at both traditional and digital merchants alike.
The Operations Support Specialist is a critical member of the Operations Team. He/she is responsible for providing technical support and assistance for the company’s EFT environment. This includes processing and support for account onboarding, card issuing, terminal driving, transaction programming and card management services.
A large part of the role is client-facing and the specialist will work directly with the company’s clients to:
-Support the Company’s product
-Communicate, coordinate and resolve daily issues and challenges -Train and educate end-users on the product
-Plan product and system roll-outs
-Gather and communicate crucial client feedback
The specialist will also provide valuable input and market intelligence for strategic planning.
