Job Summary:

To assist in HR department.

Job Duties:

• Prepares advertisements and makes arrangements for advertising or posting of all job vacancies.
• Ensures the screening of job applicants, scheduling interviews, verification of documents and other recruitment activities as required for all vacancies
• Conducts interviews and manages the entire recruitment process for all vacancies in Grades 1 – 5 including collating of interview results and providing recommendations regarding final candidate selection.
• Performs reference checks, pre-employment medicals and security background checks for selected persons.
• Prepares and disseminates pre-offer letters, contracts of employment and unsuccessful letters
• Assembles data and prepares periodic and special reports and correspondence as required

Job Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or a Social Science (from an accredited institution) with a minimum of three (3) years’ in similar position.
