Accounting Coordinator- Consultant

Responsible for all transactions and reconciliations as well as provision of support to the Accountant and Chief Accountant as required with special emphasis on marketing.

Have you completed Level II in ACCA or possess qualifications in accounting? Do you possess at least five(5) years of accounting experience?

 We are in search of a Temporary, Senior level Accounting Coordinator to act as a Consultant for the business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all transactions and reconciliations as well as provision of support to the Accounting Department as required, with special emphasis on marketing. His/her core deliverables will be focused on:

1. Managing Accounts Payables/ Accounts receivable, including filing of invoices
2. Inventory review
3. Cash and Bank monitoring in GL and at the bank
4. General Ledger & Month-End Close Reporting
5. Assist with the generation of Sales order and revenue invoices along with related journal entries,
6. Overseeing both External & Internal Audits
7. Providing back up support for processing of prize claims
8. Managing the fuel balances on the FMR and FST gas cards.
